Process Support (General Practice)

Process support is offered in loosely formed groups pursuing common goals and is complemented by individual lessons. The groups meet in a variety of settings. Meetings either occur at regular intervals (once a month to quarterly) in order to address joint language needs, or preferably the group comes together in units or project groups with a specific task-oriented objective. The trainer then fulfills a number of roles (coach for the individual, trainer for the group and facilitator for the "meeting"). Such groups are generally but not exclusively department-oriented.
