Learning Forums

A Learning Forum is an extension of a workshop in which the group, after reviewing the basic concepts and developing a group dynamic within the workshop, reunites several times, bringing in their real working life situations (presentations, negotiations, intercultural) to be dealt with by the group.

These group sessions allow for the participants to:

1. develop their strategies and tactics by rehearsing / testing them.
2. witness other participants’ development processes so as to provide a "best practice" institution.
3. create new lines of communication within the organization and therefore increase the understanding for / of other organizational units.
